We are a full-service, bonded estate liquidation company serving the entire state of Texas. We are usually booked six to eight weeks in advance, so we ask that you contact us well in advance of needing our services. We come to your home and assess the extent of the job and the amount and quality of the merchandise to be sold. A determination is made whether having an estate sale is in the best interest of the homeowner/agent and the liquidation company. After all personal items and other items not for sale have been removed from the property, we conduct a final walkthrough at which time we determine the rate of the commission to be charged and an approximate date for the sale. Our company absorbs all of the costs of advertising, sale preparation staff, sales/security staff, etc. We have collected a number of letters of recommendation over the twenty-eight years that we've been in business, and we provide the homeowner/agent with a contract which spells out the specific terms of our agreement.
